This year has been extremely hard on me. And it’s been hard on our nation. I had some events that when they piled up, I had somewhat of a nervous breakdown. Seriously. Doesn’t help that I went off my antidepressant for a year. One of those moments of “I should be able to handle all this on my own.” It didn’t work out. Ray has been my rock. I’ve had great support from my younger brother. My biggest struggle is back. Who am I as an artist?
I was told a while back that it was a big mistake going the way I was going. That I needed to narrow my focus and subject and style. I just had to go where I needed to.
